The Willmar Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast is set for Thursday, May 5th from 6:30 am – 8 am at the Willmar Conference Center with Sue Graves as the guest speaker. Sue is the widow of the late Bill Graves, who built our local Domino’s Pizza stores and numerous other ventures.

More than 1,200 volunteers from 29 Willmar area churches packaged 306,000 meals to be sent to Somali refugee camps in east Africa. More than $43,000 was raised to ship these meals to the refugee camps.
Members from nine Willmar Churches along with local emergency and law enforcement personnel filled the Willmar Civic Center on Sunday morning for a joint worship service on the 9/11 tenth anniversary.
